Turkey Burgers

So, I gave up beef about 3 months ago. It’s weird because beef used to be my favorite meat, but now I have absolutely no cravings for it! Another thing I don’t crave? Until now, a turkey burger. Turkey burgers like all other non-beef burgers have a negative connotation– they lack flavor, they lack juiciness, they stink! Well, this is a recipe flavorful, juicy, and delicious smelling turkey burger that you’ll love! I think might now start craving these: savory, flavorful turkey patties with stringy swiss cheese and golden caramelized onions and mushrooms. Hungry yet? Here’s the recipe!

Recipe: (Makes 8 patties)
2 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 .5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped parsley
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper

Topping:
2 large nions, cut in slices
1 package of mushrooms, sliced
Low-fat swiss cheese silces

Mix all the ingredients together
Form into patties (don’t squish the meat)
Cook by preferred method
Caramelize onions with mushrooms
Top cooked burgers with a slice of low-fat swiss and caramelizes vegetables

There you go! Easiest, most delicious turkey burgers ever.
